How to Play: Maritz Engage Program Guide

Welcome to the Maritz Engage incentive program! This guide explains how you, as a participant, can dive into exciting challenges, earn points, and climb the leaderboard. Whether you’re reading blogs, downloading resources, snapping photos, or taking surveys, every action brings you closer to rewards.

Follow the steps below to start playing and make the most of your experience. All promotions run through April 30, 2025, unless otherwise noted, so get started today!

Getting Started

  1. Log In:
    • Visit partnersengage.com and log in using your Maritz Engage credentials. If you use Single Sign-On (SSO), follow the prompts to authenticate securely.
    • Need help? Contact Maritz Event Support via the platform’s “Contact Us” feature.
  2. Complete Onboarding:
    • Check for a Welcome alert on your dashboard to start a quick onboarding module (accessible at /myLearning/).
    • Finish the module to unlock challenges and earn early points. Look for Onboarding 1 and Onboarding 2 alerts to track your progress.
  3. Navigate the Platform:
    • Explore the Maritz Engagement Portal for challenges, blogs, resources, and your point balance.
    • Use the Scoreboard alert to see your progress (e.g., blogs read, articles downloaded, photos submitted).

How to Earn Points

The platform offers multiple ways to earn points through engaging activities. All points contribute to your total for the TechX Winners leaderboard, where top earners can win prizes from the Maritz Rewards Collection.

1. Read Blog Articles (200 Points Each)

  • What: Read any blog post in the “News” section to stay informed on industry trends, product launches, and company updates.
  • How:
    • Go to /blogs/ or click “Go Read Now” in the Blog Articles challenge (/promos/blog-articles/).
    • Browse articles tagged with “News,” “Events,” or “Video.”
    • Each read earns 200 points (tracked via the blogs-read data series).
  • Tip: Check back often for new posts. There’s no limit to how many you can read before 6 PM, April 30, 2025.
  • Track Progress: View your blog read count (out of 6) on the Scoreboard or in the Blog Articles challenge UI.

2. Download Resources (200 Points Each)

  • What: Download articles, product specs, or marketing materials from the Resource Library to support your work.
  • How:
    • Navigate to /partner-resources/ or visit the Explore the Resource Library challenge (/promos/explore-the-asset-library/).
    • Browse sections like “Maritz Research” or “Strategy & Case Studies.”
    • Each download earns 200 points (tracked via the articles-downloaded data series).
  • Tip: Explore all documents before 6 PM, April 30, 2025. Every download counts!
  • Track Progress: See your download count (out of 7) on the Scoreboard or in the challenge UI.

3. Submit Maritz Logo Photos (200 Points Each)

  • What: Spot the Maritz logo at the conference, snap a photo, and submit it for points.
  • How:
    • Visit /sales-claims/ or the Maritz Logo Photo Challenge (/promos/maritz-logo-photo-challenge/).
    • Use the claim submission form to upload your photo (must be taken onsite, not online).
    • Each approved submission earns 200 points (tracked via the photo-claims data series).
    • You’ll receive alerts like Photo Received and Photo Submission Approved to confirm status.
  • Tip: There’s no limit to submissions before 6 PM, April 30, 2025. Look for logos on signage, swag, or booths.
  • Track Progress: Check your submission count (unlimited) on the Scoreboard or in the challenge UI.

4. Take the Program Insight Assessment (1500 Points)

  • What: Complete a short survey to reflect on your program’s challenges and opportunities, with a chance for a free full program assessment.
  • How:
    • Go to the Program Insight Assessment challenge (/promos/take-the-assessment/).
    • Complete the survey before 6 PM, April 30, 2025.
    • Earn 1500 points upon submission, plus entry into a drawing for 1 of 10 free assessments.
  • Tip: Act fast—only submissions before the deadline qualify for the drawing.
  • Track Progress: Look for a confirmation alert or check your points balance.

5. Compete in the TechX Winners Leaderboard

  • What: Earn points from all activities to climb the TechX Winners leaderboard and compete for grand prizes.
  • How:
    • Participate in any of the above challenges (blogs, downloads, photos, surveys) to accumulate points.
    • The top 30 point earners by 10 PM, April 30, 2025, are eligible for prizes from the Maritz Rewards Collection.
    • View your rank at /promos/techx-winners/, which shows levels like Qualified (500 points), Growing (1100), Leading (2600), Pinnacle (3400), and Maximus (8000).
  • Tip: Every point counts! Keep engaging to boost your rank.
  • Track Progress: Check the leaderboard UI or Scoreboard for your total points.

6. Complete Onboarding Tasks

  • What: Finish onboarding steps to unlock more challenges and earn points.
  • How:
    • Follow alerts like Welcome, Onboarding 1, and Onboarding 2 to complete learning modules or tasks (e.g., /myLearning/ or /video/).
    • Earn points for milestones, such as registering your first logo (First Claim alert).
  • Tip: Complete onboarding early to access all challenges.
  • Track Progress: Alerts and the onboarding dashboard (/promos/onboarding/) show your progress.

Redeeming Points

  • How: Use your points in the Participant Portal Store (/participant-portal-store/) to redeem rewards like products or services.
  • Access: Navigate to the store from your dashboard or challenge pages.
  • Tip: Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. Check the store regularly for new rewards.

Leaderboard Rules (TechX Winners)

To participate in the TechX Winners challenge, follow these rules:

  1. Earn points by completing tasks on the Maritz Engage platform.
  2. The top 10 point earners can choose a prize from the Maritz Rewards Collection.
  3. Winners are notified by email after the expo ends (April 30, 2025).
  4. Prizes depend on availability and may vary.
  5. You must be a registered, active user on the platform.
  6. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  7. Maritz may disqualify participants who violate terms.
  8. Comply with Maritz Rewards Collection rules.
  9. Maritz is not responsible for technical issues.
  10. By participating, you allow Maritz to use your name and likeness for promotion.

  • Check Alerts: Regularly view alerts like Scoreboard, Points Earned, or Photo Received to stay updated.
  • Act Before Deadlines: Most challenges end at 6 PM, April 30, 2025 (TechX Winners at 10 PM).

  • Your data is protected with secure login (SSO) and HTTPS encryption.
  • Points are managed securely via a points bank (ID: XXXXXXXXXX).
  • For privacy, email interactions are not indexed, but profiles and groups are tracked for engagement.
